If you want to walk in the light, did you know that you can walk BEFORE MMW starts? Get your walk in early while it's daylight, then check in at 5:15 when you return! Take a Stretch & Strength class, Tai Chi, or enjoy the DocWalk (all in lighted areas!) Then, meet us for the raffle. Don't let these winter skies keep you from getting out and active! Questions? ...you will find them along the wall near the stairs. Just grab a chair or bench when you want one. With any luck, a few of you will help us return them to that spot when we are finished with them. Thanks! We knew you would!! :-)
