If you want to walk in the light, did you know that you can walk BEFORE MMW starts? Get your walk in early while it's daylight, then check in at 5:15 when you return! Take a Stretch & Strength class, Tai Chi, or enjoy the DocWalk (all in lighted areas!) Then, meet us for the raffle. Don't let these winter skies keep you from getting out and active! Questions? Here we were in Sabino Canyon on December 28 for two separate hikes...one very gentle, and one not so much.  Rock the Ages  enjoys gentle (well, usually ;-) hikes on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, and leaves no one behind. St. Philip's provides chairs and benches for our use ...you will find them along the wall near the stairs. Just grab a chair or bench when you want one. With any luck, a few of you will help us return them to that spot when we are finished with them. Thanks! We knew you would!! :-)

Join Body Works Pilates instructor Debbie each Wednesday at 5:15 for a 20-minute Pilates warm-up! Following each warm-up, Body Works Pilates will be available at a booth for questions about free class passes & demonstrations.
