WHO should attend? Day one is OWNERS training, with proprietary cleaning business information suitable for owners and high-level management staff only.
Day two is suitable for YOUR Training Managers. We do not share business trade secrets during day two. The focus is entirely on THE BASIC tenants of training, teaching the TRAINER how to train new staff. It's technical, tactical, and Speed Cleaning specific.
WHAT is the benefit? Step by step implementable training program that can dramatically improve labor costs, profits, and quality. Buckets & Bows Maid Service, Inc. located just north of Dallas in Lewisville,Texas has nearly 40 employees, 500 customers, and a very high employee retention rate.

Local Accomodations
Recommendations for local hotels, most will NOT have shuttle service to my office. Training is at my NEW office Training Room, approximately 4 - 5 miles from the Vista Ridge Mall area of Lewisville. You will need to rent a car, or use UBER or LYFT to transport to our training facility.
I recommend you stay at a hotel near Vista Ridge Mall (read the reviews!)
