CoAEMSP Office Closed September 4 for Labor Day
In recognition of the contributions workers have made to make our country the great place it is, the CoAEMSP office will be closed Monday, September 4 in observance of Labor Day. The board and staff wish you a safe holiday.
Annual Report Update
Staff Contact: Lynn Caruthers, lynn@coaemsp.org

Despite development of a robust User Guide, completion of the Annual Report raises many questions for Program Directors.

In an effort to continue to improve the process and quality of the data for review, the CoAEMSP is currently developing a revised annual reporting tool. Similar information will be collected but in a different database format.

In addition to changing the format, the reporting year is changing. Currently the report has been due in December, and data from that reporting year was included, that reporting year was not included in the outcome data for the three-year average. Sound confusing?

The Annual Report will have a new due date and will include all students enrolled and graduated in the reporting year. While this is an adjustment to the process, it should provide more clarity for Program Directors and the CoAEMSP since program results will be reported in a more current manner.

More information will be communicated in mid-September. A targeted email will be sent to each program director and dean of CAAHEP-accredited Paramedic programs, as well as be reported in newsletter updates similar to this one.
