Help us in 2017!

Indy Connect continues to stay busy on the transit front and we need your help on two important projects:

Marion County Transit Plan
Voters approved the transit referendum by almost 60% but that was just step one.  Step two?  Contact your City County Council member to let them know you support transit, and attend upcoming Council meetings. Find your councilor's information to contact them personally, or let Transit Drives Indy  send a letter to your councilor on your behalf.

Here are the important Council dates:
  • January 9 / 6:30PM - Full Council Meeting / Council Chambers
  • January 11 / 5:30PM - Municipal Corporations / RM 260
  • January 19 / 5:30PM - Public Works Committee / RM 260
  • January 24 / 5:30PM - Rules & Public Policy / RM 260
  • January 30 / 6:30PM - Full Council Meeting / Council Chambers
All meeting are at the  City-County Building 200 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Check out more details of the  Marion County Transit Plan .
Take the  Coordinated Plan Survey for Central Indiana
The MPO is updating the 2013 Indianapolis Regional Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan (aka the Coordinated Plan). This document identifies the available resources and needs for paratransit and reservation-based transportation services in Central Indiana (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Marion, Hancock, Morgan, Johnson, and Shelby counties).

We need to hear from you! This survey will take about 8 minutes to complete. We very much appreciate your time and the information is very important to the study effort. The survey will be open through January 22, 2017.

If you have any questions regarding the survey or need a translated version of the survey, please call Zach Kincade at (937) 299-5007 or email zkincade@rlsandassoc.com
