BIG BUCKS DINNER

SAVE THE DATE FOR BIG BUCKS!
April 21,2018  at Capital Plaza Hotel

"Big Hats & Bow Ties, A Derby Dinner & Dance for St. Peter School"

WHAT IS BIG BUCKS?
"Big Bucks" is a gala-style fundraising event held each spring to benefit St. Peter School. One ticket for two people is $100--dinner, adult drinks, and entertainment is provided along with the chance to participate in the silent and live auctions as well as several other side games. One ticket will win $10,000 at the end of the night through a reverse raffle--last ticket number remaining wins! (Or final two people may split the pot.) This sell-out event is a great way to get involved and support the school!

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
*Buy and/or sell tickets
*Night-of volunteer  (several shifts available)
*Set-up/Take-Down
* Auction/Sponsorships: Do you know any handy folks or local business owners who love their community and want to get their names out? Please ask them for auction donations and/or sponsorships for Big Bucks! If you need help, please send their info our way and we'd love to ask.
*Committee/Committee Assistants: Several committee spots are available this year for folks who have ideally attended at least one Big Bucks event before. We especially need some parents from upper grade levels! Committee members meet at least monthly starting in September and more frequently the last couple of months before Big Bucks. - Committee members also need *assistants* to help with smaller tasks and errands, so this is great if you want to get your feet wet, maybe this is your first Big Bucks, maybe you want to be on committee in the future!

Big Bucks Committee currently needs assistance with silent and live auction, business sponsorships, coordinating volunteers, designing marketing materials, creating a slide show/video, and more!

Please contact me as soon as possible if you'd like to reserve a ticket or volunteer spot for the night-of, or find out more information about the Committee, sponsorships, selling tickets, etc.

Thank you kindly for considering Big Bucks!
