Homelessness: Exploring Solutions 

Utah has made some big commitments to address the problem of homelessness. What's the strategy? Where do things stand? What lies ahead?

Please join us for a breakfast at the State Office Building Auditorium (north of the Capitol) at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15th.

We’ll hear from top legislative leaders, Senate President Wayne Niederhauser and House Speaker Greg Hughes, who will discuss the state’s strategy. Jennifer Steele from the Department of Veterans Affairs will share the strategies her agency has undertaken to serve homeless veterans. The Road Home's Matt Minkevich will discuss homeless solutions from his perspective as the executive director of the state's largest homeless shelter and homeless services provider.

Breakfast is available free for legislators and Utah Foundation members. For others, it's $12. Please RSVP so we know how many to expect.
