Reflections on 2016. We at Alpen Schatz wish to THANK YOU first and foremost for another stellar year. Without our Alpen Fans, we would not be here, providing the most unique handcrafted products from the heart of the Alps. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm.
However, in the same breath,
we mourn the passing of our most precious, gentle, stoic and noble Alpen Schatzi:Valentino Schatz.
Valentino passed at the tender age of 7 1/2 of cancer on 18 June, 2016...leaving a hole in our hearts and sadness with many of our Alpen Schatz visitors and Berner friends who looked forward to seeing him each year.
We will miss you always, dear Valentino Schatz!
