$20 Million in GO Bonds For Streetscape Improvements
Colfax is on the list for $20 million in general bond funding for pedestrian improvements from Monaco to Sheridan, and $55 million for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) improvements from Anschutz Medical Center to the Auraria Campus. Our concilmembers Mary Beth Susman and Chris Herndon led the charge for council approval. Now it's up to the voters to decide in the November election.

The Colfax Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID) creates a better place for people and business through economic development, public improvements, safety and advocacy. The district connects the neighborhoods along Colfax Avenue from Eudora Street to Monaco Parkway as well as the Mayfair Town Center at 14th Avenue and Krameria Street.
