We're so thankful to have clients like you, and in 2017 we're redoubling our efforts to bring new and exciting improvements that will help manage your rental property more efficiently. Here's what you can expect from us:

Move In Process: We've integrated new software to automate our move in / move out process. This will allow all inspections to be conducted online for more transparency and effectiveness.

Let's Chat: A new online chat feature will be added to the home page of our website to answer quick questions in real time. Have a question and need an answer asap, no need to email anymore!

Facebook Live: That's right, we're going LIVE! Elizabeth & I will be doing monthly Facebook live Q/A sessions on all things property management. Like our Facebook page to watch us LIVE.

Industry Updates: Expect 12 to 24 industry specific blog post to keep you updated on market trends, new laws, best practices, & more.

New tools: Managing your rental property is our top priority, and we're taking huge steps in 2017 to secure qualified tenants and increase rental proceeds using more video, video drones, 3D Imagery, interactive video tours & more.

Log into website here

On the green toolbar at the top of the page click on "Reports"

Under finacial reports choose "Rental Owner Statement"

In the date range drop down menu choose "Last Year"

Then view, print or export as PDF or Excel
