Promotion Rules and Regulations:
1. Holiday Gift Items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of Registration.
2. In the event of difficulty acquiring the Holiday Gift Items, an Amazon Gift Card in the amount of the value of the item will be provided to let student obtain the item.
3. Gift items or the Amazon Gift Card with equal value will be ordered within 48 hours of receiving payment for your course. For the purposes of this promotion, a Purchase Order, Training Authorization or any form that guarantees payment does not constitute payment until the actual payment has been received.
4. Should a student cancel their course and request a refund, the value of the Holiday Gift Item will be deducted from the net refund amount.
5. By requesting and accepting this Holiday Gift promotion, recipient implies that they are not prohibited from receiving such item by rule of employment or law.
6. This offer is void where prohibited.
7. This promotion will be discontinued as of January 29, 2016.
8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless expressly authorized by The Academy.
9. Promotion valid for all courses beginning December 2016 and all 2017 courses with the exception of payments by Microsoft SATV.
10. Valid for courses held at facilities in Miami, Doral Fort Lauderdale or Live Instructor Led Courses.
