Schindler has more than 30 years in successful professional services BD, marketing, public relations and client relations. She has served in senior-level roles with multi-office regional and national firms, while taking on the challenges of building revenue and market share, expanding firms' geographic footprints, and re-balancing firms' revenues.  Schindler is a sustaining member of ACEC Colorado and a past chair of its BD forum, as well as an affiliate member of ACEC National where she serves on its Sales & Marketing Forum. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, which she received the 2013 Leonardo Award for lifetime career excellence from, and the Public Relations Society of America.
