Pre-lunch Business Development Forum
10:45 - 11:45 a.m. | Free With Luncheon Registration | 1 PDH*
The ACEC Colorado Business Development (BD) Forum is pleased to host Sustaining Member Deb Schindler, APR, of  Red Hound Studios, Inc., on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 10:45-11:45 a.m. for a discussion on how  h igh-performance firms "get it." They understand you cannot just tell an engineer or project manager to "go out, meet some people and get some work." That is a huge ask of someone who has little or no background in business development. This introductory session to selling-doing will provide your seller-doers with an understanding of the structure and process of successful business development, including:
  • What does a great seller-doer look like?
  • Your role as a doer-seller and a seller-doer
  • Beating the top five challenges of selling-doing
Who should attend?
  • Owners/Principals
