Serve
| Monday, January 16, 8:30AM

On Monday morning, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's Birthday, MTC will support the  community love-reach event sponsored by the Telegraph Ministry Center.  Through Embracing Our Community (E.O.C.), MTC has supported the mission of the Telegraph Ministry Center over the years by:
  • Assisting with clothing collection for their clothing closet
  • Distributing food to those in need from their food pantry
  • Providing direction for the center as Sister Tiffany and Sister Joycelyn sit on the community board
  • Supporting Sis Joycelyn's ministry Manna from Heaven which is housed there.
  • Returned monthly as MTC supports the outreach component of Manna From Heaven called Breakfast in Bed
Much more!  We often do not talk about the work between MTC and TMC, but we know  at the root of it is a love for God and God's people.

So this Monday at 8:30AM, we will serve with them!  If you are available, come out and be a part as we give back to the less fortunate in our community and  reach out to the homeless.  We will be handing out sandwiches, blankets, and clothing.  The location is 5316 Telegraph Ave., Oakland, CA 94609.  For more information, please visit here
