Happy New Year! I am very excited for 2017 at Core Studio Pilates and Yoga! We are dedicated to bringing you thoughtfully planned workouts to help you reach your goals.
I have three important updates for you:
1. G
roup classes are now under the WORKSHOPS tab offered in a series of classes.
2. We are now offering specialized private training specifically for cardio, TRX Suspension Training, and High Intensity Interval Training in addition to our Pilates equipment!
3. Mommielates is in full swing so give us a call if you want to work toward an easier delivery and a quicker recovery!
Last year was tough for many people. Life can be stressful and this is why exercise is extremely important. Do you ever regret a workout AFTER the workout? When we bottle up stress every day and it continues to grow, our fitness schedule can take the back burner, and over time it can affect how we feel mentally and physically.
GET UP AND MOVE YOUR BODY! Here is to a brand new year with brand new goals. The same you, because you are already special...it's just time to make YOU a priority!
