On behalf of Eastman and the College of Business & Technology at ETSU, you are cordially invited to attend IDEAcademy , a free , multi-day event featuring thought leaders in the world of innovation and leadership on September 11-12. The theme for this year's event is “Think. Again.” Everyone thinks differently, and sometimes the best ideas require us to think, again, from a different angle. IDEAcademy will challenge attendees to consider different perspectives to drive innovative thought and collaboration.

The event will feature a number of regional speakers and keynote by academic and author Dr. Clayton Christensen , Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School.

The main event will be held at Eastman’s Toy F. Reid Employee Center in Kingsport, Tuesday, September 12 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (lunch provided). Two additional events are scheduled for September 11 at the Millennium Center in Johnson City (9-11 a.m.; brunch provided) and the Bristol Train Station (3:30-5:30 p.m.; light refreshments).

Online registration is now open to attend one or more of the IDEAcademy events at IDEAcademy.com . While the events are free, seating is limited, so preregistration is required. Attendees must register by September 7. Event agendas and speaker biographies are also available on the website.
