January 12, 2017

Every year in the spring, our student council organizes the CJ Prom, and a group of parents help organize After Prom, a fun event for students to continue their experience in a safe and monitored environment. After Prom encourages students to continue building community in a safe environment, ultimately encouraging students to make good decisions on the night of prom. However, we cannot run this event without your help!

Specifically, I am looking for parents of current sophomores and juniors to help organize this year's After Prom. We are in need of a co-chair and additional committee members to help plan and organize various activities.

All interested parents are invited to attend our first After Prom Committee meeting next week on  Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 6:00 p.m. in room 126.

This year's Prom is on  Saturday, Apr. 8 at the Kroc Center with After Prom planned for that evening at Marian Poelking Lanes.

I hope you accept this invitation and, as always, we consider our parents as Partners in Mission in delivering a quality, integral Catholic education.

Please email me with any questions or if you are interested in helping but unable to make the meeting next week.
