On a cold winter morning
We must heed the warning;
The snow's on it's way,
So inside we'll stay.

A fire to keep us toasty and warm.
We snuggle together and watch the storm.
Coffee or tea;
What will it be?
Coffee for you
and tea for me.

Chiapas is the world's leading exporter of organic coffee. The state produces 274,600 sacks of beans a year, 180,000 of which end up on export markets.

Good body.  Coffee flower-honey sweetness.  Flavors of stone fruits - peach, apricot.

This tea is anchored by a beautiful organic, single-estate Assam black tea. We source fresh bergamot and Madagascar vanilla, and add beautiful, blue cornflowers for additional smoothness and visual appeal.
In the cup, this is a powerful, aromatic brew, with hints of citrus and a smoothness that is unmatched by any Earl Grey you have ever tasted.

Happy Thursday!

Wow, what a whirlwind of weather we're having in North Carolina!  Temperatures dropped to the single digits, with sleet and snow on Saturday.  Today, warm and sunny, up to 70 degrees!  What's the weather like in your area of the country?

No matter what the weather, coffee will warm your soul.  Our Fair Trade, Organic Mexico Chiapas is one of our anchor coffees.  It is smooth, chocolatey, and a crowd-pleaser.  If it's still cold where you are, grab a cup of coffee, snuggle up by the fire, and enjoy!

On the other hand, if your weather has become sunny and warm, perhaps you'd prefer a cup of tea.  Our Earl Grey de la Creme is excellent hot, and as a special treat, try it iced, with a little bit of milk and honey.  Yummy!

The Western Wake Farmers Market still needs your help!  We are moving to a permanent location and are a little short on funds.  Every community needs a source of fresh, local, healthy food.  Please help us continue our dream with a small donation to our fundraiser campaign.  Every little bit counts.  Thank you!

Have a fabulous week!
