5:15......Check-in begins

Walk/Run on your own anytime.
Stretch and Strength on hold until late September.

5:30......Walk or Run with a leader
5:30.....DocWalk...summer exercise class in the shade!
6:30......Closing Ceremony...awards and raffle

  $1 soda/$2 beer/$5 wine available at bar in Reforma, with hand stamp.

Stretch & Strength Takes a Hiatus! 
We love Stretch & Strength, but we're going to take a short summer break until September when we can enjoy Pilates in the Plaza outside again! Remember to thank BodyWorks for all they do for MMW. In the meantime, enjoy the DocWalk et al.



Here's Dr. Jon Sharing His Talent at the DocWalk!
Drs. Jon, Rick, Jim and Bruce share their time with us each week to help keep MMWers fit as a fiddle. Join them for targeted exercises to tone, strengthen, and stretch! Be sure to thank them for their generosity. It's a  shorter walk in the summer to a nice patch of shade, where we have a 30-minute class using body-weight exercises. Great for any age or ability.
