I am also of the school of thought that it would be very embarrassing to come out with a program rate ... especially if you lifted the 3 zeros ... which means you're in Article VIII ... but can only be defined IF Chapter VII was lifted - ONLY!!!! ***
IMO ... the budget has been ready for over a month and the CBI a little longer than that.
Everything is in a "READY MOOD" in my opinion.

good coverage as usual Mt Goat. However I think once again you should have given more emphasis to the security issue in conjunction to the corruption issue. Right now Iraq is one of the best money laundering places in the world and the CIA loves that as well as the poppy dollars. The collusion/corruption is endemic on this issue. However anyone should realize that security/ISIS will have to be fully dealt with before any revaluation of the Dinar. They have already managed to deprive Dash of most of its funding but until there is no ISIS on Iraq soil I think there will be no revaluation.
What do you think re the above?

In my January 6th news letter I invited my readers to ask important questions of concerns over this investment. I do not do this often but I realized a need for it at this time, I requested only intelligent questions and questions not dealing with someone else's info from other forums or conference calls from many of these "intel gurus". These prohibited topics included NESARA, GCR and just plain lies.
I want to give thanks to GeorgeH for organizing this effort for me and taking care of all his friends in dinarland. I know it is frustrating to him too to help in getting the truth out to people, even if, as he has told me, he too has gotten kicked off many sites for telling the truth. People simply don't want to hear the truth. Instead they like all the hype with this day to day RV stuff. Then when it doesn't' happen they go to yet another guru to get their fix and bash those they just left.

Arthur ...we see several key progressive movements over just the past few days that give rise to much excitement and anticipation.
Iraq's IBAN (International Bank Account Number) that every country needs to conduct international banking and commerce that was set up in December went into full effect on January 2nd giving Iraq the ability to do banking and commerce with the international community.
Two days ago we saw a CBI announcement calling for the "conversion" of what they call "uncles" which we have translated to mean the large notes held in Iraq and perhaps even globally.
We then saw them transport a large amount of money to their largest bank which they say ended their over 2 year long severe liquidity crisis and IMO will facilitate this massive conversion from the aforementioned "uncles" to their lower denominations thus beginning the delete zero project on schedule in "early 2017

Hi Everyone,
I bring you much news today.
In the Jan 6th news letter I promised everyone I would try to answer any questions you have over concerns or in need of clarity on this investment of the Iraqi dinar revaluation. The news was so plentiful this period and this news letter would then be much too long to include all my responses so I decided to put my replies to your questions in a separate news letter called "special edition". (
Dinar Recaps will likely post this later tonight.) So please also refer to this other news letter today in a separate enclosure.
On with today's news........
The Iraqi House of Representatives began is its third legislative year of the second legislative term on Tuesday Jan 10th. We know that they have told us in the recent past they have 30+ laws that need to be voted on. These laws all have second readings and are ready for a final vote. So why have they waiting so long for these laws if they are ready?

Frank26: It is the Stability and the Security Family that still takes precedence right now....it is the most important thing....but you may be saying to yourself....Frank do we need to see a flag in the center of Mosul...why when the center of Mosul keeps moving...why does it keep moving....because the center of Mosul is where al-Baghdadi's at...the hunt for al-Baghdadi is a serious one....it is an earnest kill mission...
It is not a capture mission...and this information was released by the Pentagon...that you yourself have read on our forum from the articles we had.
There is a newspaper out of Britain called ACS whose title says "Kill Mission"....they were talking about al-Baghdadi in Iraq...not only the Pentagon but the whole world now knows that they are going after al-Baghdadi to kill him.

Please note that this CC has a bit of a different structure to it, first Frank received a phone call from DELTA that will be transcribed here, then following the business part of the Monday Night CC Bluestar will be online talking about the Electoral College confirmation done in the Senate Chamber last Friday, for that I intend to use Frosty's summarized notes, and THEN we will get into the meat of the Monday Night CC regarding our investment with the Iraqi dinar.
You guys are going to get a treat and you can listen.....Frank calls DELTA and leaves a message....."DELTA I just got your message, you must have just got this then....tell you what the moment you get something that we can back it up....please put it on the forum....then DELTA calls in to Frank.....
