Mint Ginger Twist


Ingredients
  • 1.75oz Bombay Sapphire
  •  1 Sliver of ginger
  •  1 Mint Sprig
  •  3.5oz Premium tonic water
Instructions 
 
Add ginger slice to balloon glass and muddle.
Fill glass to the rim with ice.
Stir until frosted then strain excess liquid.
Add Bombay Sapphire.
Stir drink to acclimate contents.
Tilt glass and pour chilled tonic water down side of glass and lift once. gently using bar spoon.
Garnish with sliver of ginger and mint sprig.

Teal-quila Sunrise

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Tequila blanco
  • .75 oz Grand Marnier liqueur
  • .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Raspberry syrup*
  • .25 oz Blue curaçao


Instructions
 
Pour the syrup into a Highball glass and fill with crushed ice.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
Strain over the crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist and raspberry.
*Raspberry syrup: In a small glass, muddle 6 raspberries. Add 6 oz simple syrup and stir. Fine-strain into a separate glass to remove the seeds.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Tequila
  • Beer of Choice
  • 4 Raspberries
  • 6 Blue Berries
  • 3 Mint Leave
  • 1.5oz Sweet & Sour Mix

Instructions:
Muddle raspberries, blueberries, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila and sour mix, and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice, and top with beer.
