Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm's

Privacy and Data Security, and
Litigation and Arbitration practice groups with the addition of counsel Christian Everdell to our New York office. Chris joins us after nearly a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, serving in both the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit and the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit. He has handled matters involving securities and commodities fraud, consumer fraud, international money laundering and Bank Secrecy Act violations, cybercrime and digital currencies,
the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control violations, trade secret theft, and economic espionage. Chris previously practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
