THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN 2016!

2016 was a year of exciting growth for Ozone House. Thanks to your generous support, we expanded our partnerships with several community organizations to broaden the reach of our services to more youth in need.

Through The Education Project, we partnered with the Washtenaw Intermediate School District to ensure that nearly 1,300 students experiencing homelessness or unstable living situations enroll, regularly attend and succeed in school. We also launched the MORE Support program in partnership with Washtenaw Community College and Eastern Michigan University, providing mental health services to college students who aged out of foster care.

In addition, we were part of a program in Washtenaw County called  rapid re-housing that allowed us to safely place 5 youth immediately into permanent housing  before they became chronically homeless.

Each and every day we have the privilege of working with youth to realize their full potential, thanks to our dedicated staff, board of directors, volunteers, and supporters like yourself.

With gratitude,

HOMELESS YOUTH AMONG US:
a story of transformation
Meet Kevin.

Kevin came through Ozone House's front door after unexpectedly being forced to leave his home as a 15 year old. Now working full time and living independently, Kevin volunteers his time at Ozone House advocating and speaking out on behalf of youth who find themselves in similar situations.
