Through September 24

The Sunshine Boys - Al Lewis and Willie Clark - were Vaudeville stars and partners for over forty years, but haven't spoken to one another for over eleven. When Willie's nephew Ben approaches his uncle about reuniting with his ex-partner to perform one of their classic skits on a CBS television special about the history of comedy, their eventual reunion is fraught with acrimony, argument, memories, and laughter.  Neil Simon at his best.

Sandy Gelfound's life story is a fascinating tale filled with love, laughter... and cheer leading.  The multi-talented comedienne, raconteur, and former NFL Raider cheerleader,  has performed stand-up alongside the likes of Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno.  In The Kosher Cheerleader she  tap dances, pom-pom waves, eats, shops, writes, and cartwheels through her life's journey, which begins with her father - a Borscht Belt performer, who was a Jewish atheist: "He knew he was one of the Chosen People, he just didn't know by Whom," she explained recently; and her mother, a Russian Orthodox gypsy flamenco dancer who taught her to play the castanets.  "Theirs was like a marriage between Carmen Miranda and Jackie Mason!"

"If I embarrass you...tell your friends!"

Before Amy Schumer or Sarah Silverman...before Joan Rivers or Roseanne, Belle Barth was the original, irreverent female comic deflating anyone who dared take sex too seriously.

Raunchy Little Musical is an evening with this pioneer of comedy, peppered with plenty of Belle Barth's original jokes, and interspersed with poignant moments from her private life and loves, as well as high and low comedy.  With signature Belle Barth songs plus original numbers by Grammy-nominated composer Ilya Levinson with lyrics by Owen Kalt, the script of Raunchy Little Musical was penned by Joanne Koch, author of the Off-Broadway show Sophie, Totie & Belle.

"I talk dirty in a cute way!"

Born Annabelle Salzman, Belle started performing at Borscht Belt hotels and small nightclubs at age 16.  She initially billed herself as a singer-pianist who also did impersonations; but when Barth mixed her talents for music and comedy with a splash of 'red hot mama' spice, her career began to flourish.

EARLY BIRD SAVINGS OF $5 PER TICKET, $7.50 PER GROUP TICKET.  EARLY BIRD OFFER VALID THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1, 2017.
