Here's the plan. You will write your personal commitment on a paper, date it and sign it...then place it in an envelope and seal it. Your commitment can be physical, emotional, financial...you name it. The envelope goes into a "time capsule", is sealed inside for no one to see....until NEXT January, when
you decide if you want to brag to the crowd about achieving your goal. Nothing is shared...just waiting for you, and only you. Sound like a good way to hold yourself accountable? Think about it. :-)
