Whats New:
SpotlightNews NEW LaserPoint offers 3-Year Warranty on Measurement Products!

All LaserPoint products sold after June 2017 are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 36 months from the date of shipment. During the warranty period LaserPoint will repair, or at LaserPoint's discretion, replace at no charge, products proven to be defective.

The origin of this decision is based on the fact that LaserPoint, who has been in the laser measurement business for more than 25 years,  has the historical data of an incredibly low rate of returns for defects in materials and workmanship. This data, measured over the tens of thousand of sensors  sold worldwide, is the result of decades of innovation and improvements in product reliability. See here for the complete line of LaserPoint Measurement products.

DiodesDIODES:
Diode1
Blue Laser Diodes

Blue Laser Diodes are now available in the spectral range from 420 - 460nm.

These devices are available in the 5.6mm (TO-56) package.

Currently available at 50mW output power.  Higher power mulitmode single emitters and linear arrays (bars) will be available in the future.

Diode2
Ushio Laser Diodes

RPMC lasers has been a authorized distributor for Ushio laser diodes for many years.  Ushio offers laser diodes in wavelengths from 404nm thru 852nm.  These attractively priced high quality laser diodes are the standard for many products in a wide range of applications.

RPMC Lasers offers many of the Ushio products from stock for immediate delivery.

ModuleMODULES:

Compact Laser Modules

The Matchbox family
of compact lasers and laser diode modules are available in wavelengths from 405nm thru 1319nm.

The single frequency lasers (SLM) at 532nm and 1064nm are important lines for Raman excitation. Very narrow spectrum combined with good beam quality makes this laser perfect for scanning micro Raman applications.

The 532nm and 1064nm SLM lasers are very compact DPSS modules for portable diagnostic applications, these lasers can be powered from conventional USB power banks. Other applications include RGB holography, as well as various other scientific setups. The module contains a powerful Peltier cooler, microprocessor-based electronics, a USB control interface and many accessories for ease of integration.

For fiber delivery, please check MM, SM, PM fiber output options. Higher output power is available on request.

Laser LASERS:
DIADEM produces pulse energies up to 30uJ with <500fs pulses and rep rates from single shot to 1MHz in a compact and robust format.  Offering a low total cost of ownership, high precision and ease of integration, the DIADEM is ideally suited for industrial micro-processing applications where cold ablation effects are required.
The easy to use GUI allows for the fine tuning of parameters to meet the most challenging processes while the laser's fiber based design makes it well suited for year-round 24/7 operating environments. Its compact size, high performance and low capital investment make it an ideal source for your ultrafast laser needs.

Laser for LIBS Laser2

The Quantas Q2 employs a MOPA (Master Oscillator/Power Amplifier) architecture in order to produce high pulse energies while maintaining a low divergence output.

Two models are available, 50 mJ @ 20 Hz or 70 mJ @ 10 Hz, with harmonics options down to the 5th harmonic. Typical applications are Light Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), Light Induced Fluorescence Spectroscopy (LIF), laser ablation and remote sensing.

Application Notes:
Laser Illumination

Application
Laser illumination applications include night vision imaging for law enforcement and drones/UAVs, time-of-flight LiDAR for gesture recognition, ADAS, and other 3D sensing applications.

VCSELs are ideal for laser illumination applications, providing higher output powers, narrower beam divergence, and higher brightness compared to LEDs.  Additionally, the circular beam profile and reduced speckle make VCSELs a superior laser choice over edge-emitting lasers.

RPMC Lasers offers FLIR's high-power near infrared VCSEL arrays from 100 mW ang up.  These multi-mode VCSEL arrays are packaged in either TO cans or higher power copper packages, and can be operated in either continuous wave or pulsed mode.  Surface mountable packages are currently under development and will be available soon.
