Celebrate the holidays responsibly
Do your part in keeping our roads safe this holiday season:
Slow down
Buckle up
Drive sober
If holiday parties are part of your plan, designate a driver or volunteer to be a sober driver. Use the National Highway Traffic Safety AdministrationSaferRide app to call a taxi or a friend to be picked up.
If you host a party, plan ahead to make sure your guests arrive home safely. Greet all guests on arrival and departure, taking the opportunity to assess their condition.
If you see a person driving who you believe may be impaired, please contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 503-629-0111.
