Eagle Scouts Give Back to YC
Aaron Lesher in the new stadium ticket booth
Vincent Devlin (center) with his parents Anita and Joseph next to him accompanied by Richard Eline, YC Director of Building & Grounds, and Kathy Hand, Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs

Two YC students chose York Catholic as the beneficiary of their Eagle Scout project.

Junior, Aaron Lesher, constructed a ticket booth for the YC football stadium.

Vincent Devlin '17, saw a need in the Grotto and built benches, modified the reflecting pond, and helped improve rain filtration by adding stones.

Both gentlemen were responsible for the design, crew recruitment and supervision, and final construction.

We are thankful to both Vinnie and Aaron for giving their hearts to YC!
Great Show of Support for YC!

  • 3 doses of hepatitis B
  • 2 doses of varicella (chickenpox) or evidence of immunity
  • 2 doses meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)
    • 1st dose is given 11-15 years of age; a 2nd dose is required at age 16 or entry into 12th grade.
    • If the dose was given at 16 years of age or older, only one dose is required.
  • 1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap)
