As part of the program, ILS' sister organization, the International Section of the New York State Bar Association, will  present the annual Award for Distinction in International Law and Affairs and hold a panel titled  Globalism versus Territorialism, exploring  new issues and anticipated ripple effects in a number of areas, including international trade, cross-border insolvency and governmental relations in the aftermath of the Brexit vote in the UK and the recent Presidential election in the U.S.

The iLaw2017, the ILS Global Forum on International Law, newly rebranded from the former "ILAT", will be held on February 17, 2017 at the Conrad Hotel in Miami.
