Organizations not announced as a Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards finalist still have a chance to win the Publix Community Choice Award and
YOU can help them win! How can you help? Click on the link below and vote daily (per device/computer) and select the organization of your choice. The winner of this Award will be announced at the Awards luncheon at The Signature Grand on February 24, 2017. They will receive the coveted non-profit award and have an opportunity to speak to the crowd of nearly 800 attendees. They will also take home a $1,000 grant to help further their mission.
