Please join us to welcome Shabbat. Your friends and guests are always warmly welcomed!   

Driving and parking directions: When you enter the VOSJCC campus from Scottsdale Rd., continue driving straight towards the back of the campus. Look for the painted mural on the building that houses their sanctuary. There is plenty of open parking. Please leave the parking spots closest to the building for those requiring a shorter walk. We will have greeters to show you where to go once you come through the gates. The sanctuary is located to the left side of the building with the mural on it.

Open to all, and we'd love to have you join us! We pick the movie, plus the time and location, closer to each date. We usually attend the Harkins Shea or Harkins 101, and sometimes discuss the movie afterwards over yogurt, coffee or lunch.

You are always welcome to come even without an RSVP, but if we expect you we can let you know if there are any changes and try to save seats. "Three Minutes in Poland," film & book discussion
Generations After will present the three-minute film that is the launching point for the book, Three Minutes in Poland: Discovering a Lost World in a 1938 Film, by Glenn Kurtz. After the showing, the author will be Skyped in for a question and answer session. Tammy Hepps will present "The Ancestor Deep-Dive: How You Can Find Out Everything There Possibly is to Know About Your Ancestors" on Thursday, February 2, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cutler-Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center (Arizona Jewish Historical Society), 122 E. Maccabi Games, July 30-August 4, 2017
The Maccabi Games, considered the Jewish Olympics for teenagers ages 13-16, will be held in Birmingham, AL from July 30-August 4, 2017. Last year, more than 50 teenagers from Phoenix participated.
