MOTOR Guide to Estimating shows on page G24 that replacement of the Lift Gate includes "internal mechanisms" but showing in the does not included column of the Lift Gate are the back glass wiper or washer. 

In DEG inquiry number 7523 CCC explains that, "The Wiper Motor being the major component of the Wiper System is not an included operation."

 

"According to the MOTOR Guide to Estimating, 'Back glass wiper or washer' are not included. The Wiper Motor being the major component of the Wiper System is not an included operation. A test estimate in CCC One has revealed when Lift Gate R&R is selected, the Wiper Arm and Wiper Motor R&I/R&R is correctly displayed on the estimate displaying the appropriate estimated work times."
