Mary's Place Launches "No Child Sleeps Outside" Crowdfunding Campaign
Thru December 31

Did you know that it costs just $14 to bring a child inside to warmth and safety for a night at Mary's Place?

Tonight, 1,900 families, mostly single mothers and children, are sleeping outside in cars, tents, and doorways. The weather has turned cold, wet, and dark. These families have no safe place to sleep this winter. Thanks to the Northshore Community and the success of last year's campaign, 80 moms, dads and kids are safe and warm at night in our new shelter - but we need to do more!
The 2017 campaign has started and runs through December 31 with a goal to raise $1.5 million and enable Mary's Place to bring 800 additional kids and families inside and more than 300 families into permanent housing. Anyone can help ensure that No Child Sleeps Outside this winter just by going to www.NoChildSleepsOutside.org from any mobile device or computer to make a donation. You can help! Start a team page and encourage your employees to help them meet the goal of $1.5 million by the end of the year!
