The Additional Actions Menu 

Tools within th e Additional Actions M enu can assist members in eas ily navigating several tasks from any listing i n the Search Results screen. Click the arrow to the right of the list number as shown below.

Actions available:                        
   
- for all listings                                         - for your listings

Schedule a Showing allows you to send a showing request to the listing agent of the highlighted property.

Match Contacts will run the highlighted property against all of your Contact searches for a match. Results are displayed once the process is complete.

Edit Listing allows you to access the Change menu for your listing(s). This option will only be present if it is your listing.

Listing Acti vity summarizes listing activity through FlexMLS Web, automatic and manual emails, Contact Portals, messaging tools, and listings shared via Contact Portals. The information on this report is continuously updated, so the numbers will reflect the live statistics for the listing. This option will only be present if it is your listing. View Listing Exports will route you to the Export tab in the Change Listing screen so that you may view your 3rd party sites export settings. This option will only be present if it is your listing.
