Mid-Year Meeting
Immediately following worship, the mid-year meeting is a fantastic opportunity to find out more what's coming in the months ahead and ask questions. A light lunch will be provided.

Maine Farm Suppers
This highly anticipated culinary event attracts foodies, local farm supporters, carnivores, vegans, and those who eat gluten-free. 
Sunday, March 12
Pi(e) Day
Picture a Venn Diagram; on one side is number-lovers, pie-appreciators on the other, and then the happy overlap on March 14 (3.14). We'll celebrate early, but 'tis the season!

As we embrace the new year, we welcome in change. At First Universalist, that means adapting to the needs of this community. With that in mind, here is our schedule going forward:

February 11 marks our 8th Maine Farm Supper, and we want YOU to get involved! Although the supper itself is an all-inclusive locally-sourced feast, it's our wonderful First U community working together that MAKES the event.

SERVE THE HUNGRY
Your help is needed at Preble Street Resource Center. Choose a meaningful New Years resolution, and sign up for a shift to serve a dinner to those in need of a meal.

WEATHER CANCELLATION INFORMATION
First Universalist services and event cancellations are announced by 7am on our website  and on WCSH Channel 6 (television station). 

PASTORAL EMERGENCIES
If you are experiencing a crisis, including needing a hospital visit, you may call Rev. Jennifer on her cellphone: 207.356.1467 any time. Please note that Friday and Saturdays are typically her days off - Rev. Jennifer does not check email on these days, but will answer any crisis or emergency calls.
