All In partners include the Community Health Peer Learning (CHP) Program, Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), the BUILD Health Challenge, the Public Health National Center for Innovations (PHNCI), and the Colorado Health Foundation - Connecting Communities and Care.

New Report: Using Electronic Health Data for Community Health

The de Beaumont Foundation and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health recently released a roadmap for overcoming perceived barriers to using electronic health data for public health activities. The report outlines the legal underpinnings for data sharing and provides illustrative examples of constructive uses of data to advance patient and community health.

Finding the Sweet Spot for Using Big Data to Improve Public Health

On the last  All In project showcase webinar, two communities shared the results of their efforts to leverage multiple big data sets and apply advanced analytics to address public health challenges. They shared advice on finding the right balance between using complex algorithms and more simple methods for identifying at-risk individuals and prioritizing interventions. 


New: BUILD 1.0 Infographic

Insights from the BUILD Health Challenge's first cohort of 18 communities are now available in a new infographic. Check out key learnings about partnership building and highlights from three of the communities in this first of several new releases from BUILD to be published in the coming months.

Building Uplifted Families

This BUILD 2.0 project aims to improve mobility in Charlotte, NC by addressing disparities, enhancing local capacity, advancing partnerships, and improving preventative healthcare access. The project will provide workforce training and mentoring, reduce use of high-cost services, and reinforce family stability.
