Parents,
*Welcome!
We are excited you have chosen us to care for and teach your kiddos. This is our monthly newsletter for parents to be in the know about things that are taking place and information that needs to be shared.
*We will be having our roof worked on the first few weeks in October and you may need to come in at a different door however car line should not be affected.
*With fall here and winter around the corner please send a sweater or jacket for them in case they get cold.

Wow this school year is going by quickly! Look for our November note on all the fun things we will be learning this month. This will come home in your little ones back pack this week. Also remember to change out the extra clothes for the fall and winter months. Thank you for allowing us to love on your babies.

We have worked on squares & circles as well as our colors. It has been a lot of fun in learning new things. We will be working on our color brown and our star shape this month.

Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Fanya, and Ms. Stephanie (3A/3B)
November is here and the craziness ensues! We have been working really hard on our letters, our bible verses, and following directions. "Mat Man" is a favorite activity that involves listening, following directions, and patience...ask your child about it! This month we will be gearing up for our Thanksgiving Feast and learning to "Give thanks to the Lord for He is good!" 1 Chronicles 16:34.

We had a great month in October learning about pumpkins and working on our handwriting! We have lots planned for November be sure to check your calendars and emails.

Ms. Beth Class (5A)
It is hard to believe that it is already November!! The 5A Bridge class has been on the ball learning so many new things! One of our favorite days was Cowboy day when we dressed up in our duds and did some steer roping, herding cattle and horse shoes..preschool style! ! We have been working on our sounds this month, as well as learning to tell time on the hour. This new month will be full of learning about the history around Thanksgiving! I'm so proud of this rocking group of students and the way they love to learn and try new things!!

A note from Chapel:
Thanksgiving just around the corner. A special time of year when we celebrate being thankful for all the Lord has provided each of us, food, family, our homes, a warm bed to sleep in each night. I believe the Lord has also blessed us with an ability to invest in others, by serving others, loving others and each other, caring for each other in a time of need. Last month the children brought in offerings to buy Macaroni and Cheese, and canned Ravioli and canned Vegetables for a local Women's and Children's shelter, this offering total was a just under $100.00! Thank all of you that helped us to buy food for others. As we continue to study God's word and how much He loves us and provides us with what we need, we will begin our annual collection of stocking hat's, mitten's and coat drive to help others. We are serving others by donating gently used or new items through Friday, November 17th. (Men's, Women's, and children's coats - all sizes) We hope to bless others with the gift of warmth this winter. We will donate these items to a local school and a local women's shelter. Thank you.
