The Angels Foundation
SWAT Academy has partnered with The Angels Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization seeking to raise money for kids and families with financial hardships to help support them with the costs associated with playing sports. Any sport!
Each year, SWAT hosts a poker tournament to raise money for the foundation, AND they are always seeking year-round donations. They are currently putting on a raffle, giving away two ProScan Internet Tablets. Each $10 donated will earn one ticket in the raffle. 
Because The Angels Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, each donation is 100% tax-deductible, so if you or your business is ever in need of a tax write-off please consider supporting this amazing cause! 100% of all donations will always be given to athletes that need financial assistance. So far, with the support of our own teams and people in the community, we have been able to help raise more than $9,000 for the foundation, but our goal is to get to $20,000 before the poker tournament! We will continue our fundraising efforts year-round, and we could use your help to meet our goal!
Lastly, they have begun collecting for prize donations for the big tournament. Anything from airline miles, vacation condos, restaurant or retail gift certificates, autographed memorabilia, TV's - just about anything are appreciated, so please contact Tanya Caraballo if you can help in any way possible.  [email protected]

Private Lessons Available

Just a reminder - we do offer year-round private lessons for hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding for both baseball and softball players of all ages. If you would like to setup a lesson with one of our instructors please give us a call. We are open every day and love to help players master different skills with proper muscle memory that they can use in game situations.

Speed and Agility Classes Available in Private Lesson Format OR in a team based class  
 
We have certified trainers on staff to work with your player on speed, proper movement and conditioning.  Use your off-season to strengthen up.. Get bigger, faster, stronger!
 

Dear SWAT Supporters,

 

     Happy New Year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with family and friends, and we are very excited about what 2017 has in store! We would like to see how many of our customers have made their resolution to use the batting cages more frequently, so come get some work in before the season sneaks up on you!

 

     We have also ordered some new apparel for our pro shop as part of our New Year, New Gear campaign, and we will have some of it in-stock by the end of the upcoming week. We will also take some pre-orders if we have not already planned to stock your size in the style you like. Here's a picture of what will be coming soon:

 

 

     If you have not started working out for the spring season, now is the time! Ballplayers need to be training for 6-8 weeks prior to the start of the season to ensure they are performing at their peak from the start. We strongly recommend some lessons to make sure that training is being done properly, and we have discounted lesson packages if you are interested! Don't wait to start getting prepared!

 

     We are holding open tryouts for the next two weekends for baseball and softball. We have a limited number of spots for our younger teams on both sides, and we are also holding the first round of tryouts for our 18U showcase baseball team that will travel to colleges in the summer to play in front of coaches from all college levels. They are tentatively scheduled to play tournaments at Oklahoma Christian, OU, Oral Roberts, Wichita State, Kansas State, and UT-Arlington this summer. Please call if you would like to pre-register a player for our tryout sessions.
