ClassE is where we grow entrepreneurs and nurture success. Read about what we have been learning.

Location: Lifespan Center (unless noted below), 11021 E. Cty. Rd. 800 N. Charleston (Loxa Rd just northeast of SBLHS).  Class is open and everyone is welcome.
Recruiting Next Year's Class

Students identified potential students for next year's class and will help recruit so ClassE will be full next year. If you have children, grandchildren or neighbors that will be a junior or senior in a Coles County or Neoga High School, have them talk to their counselor and complete the application by February10th.
Learning How to Prioritize

Do you know the difference between urgent and important? Students are asked to categorize their activities into these four quadrants. Once they identify the time wasters in their life, they can find time to get to the activities that will help them reach their goals. (The green quadrant - important but not urgent). This includes strategic planning, goal setting, exercise, building relationships and continuing education.

Partnering for the Win-Win

Tom Bale and David Earp gave us a tour around the Lakeland College Print Shop. We discussed how they work with area printers to provide low-cost quality printing that benefits the community. Discussion on pricing, budgeting and listening to the customer was very helpful to the group.
Setting Goals to Improve Your Life

Friday means goal-setting day with Susan Hanfland and PX2. The students are to write down 3-4 goals for the semester. Susan will stop by on Fridays in January and check-up on the student's progress.
We are so thankful for the generosity of the Coles County businesses that sponsor ClassE. We hope you support them as they support us!
