January Prayer
by Sister Helen Jean Novy, H.M., VP of Mission
Christ has come!
There is nothing we cannot hope for in the New Year!
Emmanuel, You are truly with us.
Bless the whole world.
Give everyone in every country
the peace that only You can give.
Bless the whole church.
Give wisdom to all ministers of Your Word and Grace
and flood all hearts with compassionate mercy.
Bless our families and friends.
Give them courage in challenges,
and confidence in turning to You each day.
Bless me each day
so that all I do and say and choose
will confirm Your Presence in my heart.
Amen.
You are also invited to see the January
Reflection by Sister Helen Jean.

Message from the President:
With the New Year come new promises and commitments. Many find the New Year to be a time to begin again, to make promises, often called "New Year's resolutions," and to work hard to be our better selves.
