Judicial Commission Election Results
On Saturday, December 9, Greene County Circuit Clerk Tom Barr announced the results of the election of a lawyer member of the 31st Circuit Judicial Commission. The first round of the election, conducted November 3, resulted in a run-off between Laurel Stevenson and David Ransin. Stevenson won the runoff with 192 votes.Ransin received 190 votes. Stevenson will replace Andy Bennett, whose term on the commission expires December 31, 2017.
