Cohen & Gresser Promotes Three Attorneys
C&G is pleased to announce that Mark Spatz has been promoted to partner and Anna Milleret-Godet and  Matthew Povolny   have been promoted to counsel.

Mark Spatz has been promoted to Partner in C&G's New York office. He has extensive experience handling complex litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on defending manufacturers in products liability litigation and consumer class actions. In addition to managing all aspects of complex litigation, he works with clients to devise litigation strategies and handles large-scale complex settlement programs for multi-district actions. 






A nna Milleret-Godet has been promoted to Counsel in C&G's Paris office.  She advises French and international clients in various aspects of employment law and
has particular expertise handling employment issues related to acquisitions, business transfers, reorganizations and redundancies, and implementation of Job Protection Plans and Voluntary Departure Plans. She also has experience in assisting clients on all aspects of social security law and deals with personal data processing from a human resources perspective.





Matthew Povolny has been promoted to Counsel in C&G's New York office. He  has experience in complex litigation and class actions, including products liability defense, employment litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and general commercial matters.
