The Oakland Mills Board meets the 2nd and 4th Tues. of each month at The Other Barn at 7:00 p.m.

The next OM Board meeting will be held on Tues. January 24th.  The board will hold a community hearing on Jan. 24th at 7:00 p.m. to solicit comments on the proposed OM Architectural Guidelines.  Review the proposed guidelines  
HERE.  A copy of the proposed Architectural Guidelines is also posted on the web and a copy can be reviewed at The Other Barn.  If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to submit comments please email your comments to: [email protected]

Art Mural Survey: A survey was sent out last week regarding art drawing selections for the Oakland Mills Community Police Trailer.  If you have not taken the survey please do so!  We will resend the survey next week to give everyone who has not taken the survey the opportunity to reply. Resident Architecture Committee (RAC) 
The next RAC meeting will be held on Thursday, February 2 at 7:30 at The Other Barn.  Sign in begins at 7:00 p.m. 
A list of application for the January 5th meeting will be listed HERE.
RAC meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.

Jazz in the Mills 2017 Announces the 2017 Season's Performers and Show Dates

Dec. 3rd: Holiday Jazz Extravaganza welcome back by popular demand Shirleta Settles

Tickets for the March, June and Sept. shows are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.  Tickets for the December 3rd Holiday Jazz Extravaganza are $35 in advance and $40 at the door and include a buffet.
Snacks and beverages are for sale during performances.

BUT A SEASON TICKET FOR ALL FOUR SHOWS AND SAVE $10.00!
Save $10 when you purchase a season ticket for all four shows.  Season tickets must be purchased by March 26th. The cost of a season ticket is $95.00.
