From the Principal: SLOW DOWN in the Drop-Off Zone
We had an incident this week when a teacher was hit by a car in the crosswalk in front of the school (the teacher is okay). Slow down and please watch for people, even in the middle of the day. Its better to be late for class, a meeting, or a volunteer assignment than to cause harm to someone.

Winter International Night: Volunteers Needed
The International Club is asking for student and parent volunteers to make a dish from either Europe or the Mediterranean to be delivered
December 13th (after school) and served at the event at 5:30 PM that evening.
To get a variety of dishes from many countries, we have a list of suggested recipes organized by country of origin. Our goal this year is to get at least one dish per country to ensure that all European and Mediterranean countries are represented, and we would love if you could help us achieve this goal! The link to the signup list of suggested recipes can be found
here.
Put your name in the signup list by the recipe(s) you will be preparing. If you are unable to access the doc, feel free to email
Maddie Vollmer to sign-up or for any clarification questions.
Parents who would like additional volunteer hours are welcome to help us set up booths, serve food, or clean up after the event. If you are planning on volunteering on the day of the event, please let Maddie know at the above email.
Thank you all so much for being willing to help in this process! Let's make this the best Winternational Night yet!
