Beyond the Staff
Beyond the Staff

Come join SDYS for our fourth meeting of Beyond the Staff. Enjoy an evening of food, workshops, student performances, and social time!

Did you know SDYS works closely with program partners in communities such as Solana Beach, Chula Vista, City Heights, Southeast San Diego, UCSD, and San Marcos?  Did you ever wonder how SDYS has been able to make music education accessible and affordable to reach communities across the country with a CEO who is NOT a musician?

Since 2008--through Dalouge's leadership--SDYS has been committed to realizing its vision by making music education available and accessible to all.  This has extended SDYS' reach from its conservatory programs to impact school districts, music and the brain research, and ultimately, championing the cause of music education across the country.

Come meet and speak with Dalouge Smith, our President and CEO, in this episode of Beyond the Staff!
