The year's days are almost spent, and I cannot wait for our first snowfall. The days' harsh winds are particularly biting, but with snow everything seems softer and more inviting. With shelf upon shelf of books to curl up with or to gift, we hope Page One is a stop for your holiday shopping. (We love the Icelandic tradition of gifting books on Christmas Eve and then staying up all night reading them.) We also have a bountiful (perhaps, overflowing?) selection of bookish gifts, collectibles, games, and more!

This is it! The end is nigh! Along with the excitement of this year's challenge being almost complete (we're finishing our last three books!), there is the anticipation for next year's list.
