There will be no after care for preschool on January 12th. This is due to parent teacher conferences. This is only preschool. Grades K-8 will still have after care available.

ProLife Participant Meeting
|
Sunday, January 15, there will be a
mandatory meeting following the 11:00 A.M. Mass at the Cathedral of St. Joseph
for anyone who has not attended the diocesan pro-life march before. If you are new and plan to take part in the march, please attend this meeting.

2nd Grade Parents & First Communion
|
A letter will be coming home with your students about signing up for your child's First Communion at St. Peter Church.
Please read and take the necessary action.
St. Andrew families will receive information on 1st Communion at St. Andrew from Fr. Joe or you may sign up at St. Peter.

January Cafeteria Schedule

Anyone with outstanding school fees or A lunch past due fees received an invoice before Christmas break. Please send in payments by January 6, 2017.

Mrs. Neidert will have a student teacher with her this semester. Ms. Brittany Massman is a student at Lincoln University and graduate of Helias Catholic and Our Lady of Snows in Mary's Home.

This year's Diocesan Science Fair will be on Friday March 31, 2017 from 9am-1pm at St. Francis Xavier School in Taos. The fair will be set up slightly different in that we will be doing a Best of Show style as compared to years past.
More information will be coming home with your student in the next couple of weeks.

The Java Joe's coffee/fudge fundraiser starts today. Orders are due back in the office on Friday, January 20. The profit on the coffee and specialty drinks is $5.00 per package. The profit on K-cups and fudge is $4.00 per package.
A letter will come home next Friday, January 13 regarding the World's Finest Chocolate Fund Raiser. This form will need to be returned to the office by Monday, February 23.
The Spring Gifts Fund Raiser will start on Friday, January 20.
This month is very full of fundraising opportunities.
Remember that we do send fundraising dollars to Helias Catholic High School and that for every $250 spent in Scrip your name is entered in a drawing to win the amount of a sustaining fee. That amount can also be sent to Helias Catholic High School.

Aluminum Cans and Christmas Lights Recycle
|
Remember to save your aluminum cans and strings of Christmas lights. We will be collecting those in the month of January to recycle.
