Your tax dollars at work: A weekly update on bond/override/construction
activity at SUSD schools. Check out what we're up to this week.
Scottsdale Unified School District | Bond Update 12/8/17

Thank you for signing up for weekly updates on bond & capital override projects within SUSD. We are committed to transparency throughout this process, and we welcome your feedback. Like you, we can't wait to see our new schools go up and our existing schools improve.
WEEKLY PROGRESS

On Wednesday, December 6, demolition work began at  Pima. The unused "K" building was the first structure to come down to start clearing the way for new school buildings to go up.  Pima projects are moving right along, and we encourage you to visit the Pima section of bond.susd.org for the most updated plans for phased construction.

On  Thursday, December 7,  crews began some minor road work on Rubicon, along the western border of the Hopi campus. This work, related to ground-level preparation for the new school, could have an impact on traffic through next week.

Next week , track surfacing will begin at Saguaro and Chaparral. Starting Tuesday, December 12, the tracks and field areas will be closed to all students, staff and community members. There will be zero access until work is complete. This will keep everyone safe, and ensure the surface is done right and in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience.
