Retail Planning Takes Off
Lucky's is part of a vibrant eight-acre mixed-use area planned by Kelmore Development
and Confluent Development, and designed by MCG Architecture, Norris Design and Architecture Design Collaborative. Located at the corner of Quebec Street and Lowry Boulevard, the Boulevard at Lowry will house up to 200,000 square feet of restaurants, services, and entertainment venues, plus boutiques and offices. The Boulevard at Lowry will be a popular gathering place, complete with outdoor seating areas, shared courtyards and landscaping, with the community park right across the street. Project designs are being reviewed by the Boulevard One Design Review Committee.
