College Credit Plus (CCP) is a program sponsored by the state of Ohio which allows students to earn both high school and college credit for free while they are still in high school. Students have the option to take the classes either on a college campus, online through a college, or through classes that are certified by a college but taught at the high school. CJ works with Wright State University and Sinclair Community College to offer the following CCP classes taught at CJ by CJ teachers during the regular school day:
- English 12: Global Issues (6 semester hours with WSU)
- AP Biology (8 semester hours with Sinclair)
- AP Psychology (3 semester hours with Sinclair)
- Engineering Design & Development (2 semester hours with Sinclair)
- Spanish 3 & 4 (each is 3 semester hours with WSU)
- French 3 & 4 (each is 3 semester hours with WSU)
- German 3 & 4 (each is 3 semester hours with WSU)
To qualify to participate in CCP, there are several steps which need to be completed and deadlines that need to be met. To learn more about the College Credit Plus program and the required steps to qualify for CCP, CJ is hosting a parent and student meeting on
Thursday, Feb. 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Representatives from both Wright State University and Sinclair Community College will be available to answer questions. All are invited to attend.

From the Chaplain's Office
Yesterday, we celebrated an All School Liturgy where we reflected upon our call to respect the dignity of all people. Pope Francis reminds us that we are all "masterpieces of God's creation." If we all remembered this, what a different place the world would be!
Next Thursday, several students will travel to Washington, DC, to participate in the March for Life. Their trip will begin with Mass in the Chapel at
7:20. We are excited to also have students from Carroll High School join us that morning. All are welcome as we bless these students and send them forth.
This Sunday, we remember the anniversary of the death of Blessed Chaminade. Let us pray that he might intercede for our school community so that we can form a great spectacle of saints who help to build up the Kingdom of God.

Founders' Thoughts
"Your spiritual progress must be based on the firm and solid rock of the holy word of God.

"We have taken for our motto, the great phrase so full of sense and truth which Mary said to the servants at the wedding of Cana: 'Do all that He will tell you.'"
