The Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy is a multi-session training program designed to assist a diverse and inclusive group of lawyers in becoming better leaders within our profession, in their chosen path, while enhancing their leadership skills. The Tallahassee Barristers invite you to explore a project of the Sarasota Herald Tribune which evaluated the relationship between race and sentencing in Florida.
