You want a reason?
You don't get a do-over.
If you ever needed a reason for doing something you've ever wanted to do, for making your health and mobility, fitness, strength, what-have-you a priority, if you've ever needed a reason for traveling, exploring, for staying home with your kids, it's that.
Simple.  Harsh.  But absurdly true.
Life is a one-time offer.  You don't get another chance to take advantage of it, to make the most of it, to be your best self so you CAN take advantage of it.
Seeing and witnessing people LIVE is actually rare thing.  Most people simply exist, and ironically tend to chastise the folks who are brave enough to  carpe diem.
Your fitness and health are the foundations, the bedrock, on which your whole life stands.  Prioritize it, take care of your body, take care of your mind, and they will take care of you.  And if you let them - they will take you places.
Be epic.
Let us help.  Yesterday, you said tomorrow, right?  Well.  Tomorrow's today.  Let's rock it.

Pineapple, Cucumber, and Onion Salad

This is a simple, delicious salad that is refreshing and light. It will make a great side dish for any of your summer dishes, including fish tacos -- my personal favorite!
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
1 small cucumber, chopped (seasonal)
1 ½ cups fresh pineapple, chopped
2 ripe avocados, chopped
½ medium red onion, minced (seasonal)
1 jalapeno (optional), minced (seasonal)
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (seasonal)
1 Tbsp lime juice
Pinch of sea salt

Combine cucumber, pineapple, avocado, onion, and jalapeno in a bowl. Squeeze some of the pineapple out into your mixing bowl before adding. Add lime juice, sea salt, and cilantro and stir gently to combine. Serve cold.
